Reduction in rate of interest in CC and TL Account.

We thank you for your continuous support and guidance for the growth of our
unit. As referring to the above subject would like to draw your sight on the rate of
interest levied on CC and TL, that is 12.75% and 13.25% respectively as on date
is too high.
In the scenario there is lot of competition in the market lots of new companies
have come up and the market is facing a saturation and the margins are getting
lower and lower day by day. We cannot survive with this high rate of interest.
Other major banks are having special packages for home grown ceramic
industries. They are offering credit facilities at 11.5% to 12.5%. For our long and
continuous association, satisfactory conduct with bank. We request for
immediate reduction in rate of interest by 1.25%. Failing to which we have no
choice but to shift to other competitive bank.
