Warm up:

Start the lesson by reviewing the unit vocab words that has been
introduced in the previous lesson.
Review the difference between is/isnt and are/arent

students will discuss the photo that is
illustrated, students will label the objects
to help them answer the questions.

questions that is related to the photo
that they discussed with their group.
Assessment:
Assessing students by monitoring and
checking their work. Check students work to
check their understanding.

Plenary:
Recap the lesson by checking the answers on the board.
If there was time let the students present their project.

Week 5 lesson 2

Reflection:
Students tend to work in a team when I give them a group work activity. I found
out that the students were referring to the flash cards that has been displayed on

the board when they were labeling the picture. Some of the students sat in the
carpet because they felt like the table was uncomfortable and other students
decided to push their chairs and stand up and work on one table. Seeing this
progress in the class and students being in a comfortable learning environment is
satisfying, students work better when they are comfortable and produce more.
Next lessons plan:
-

Give the students work sheets about there is and there are.
Focus on the unit the vocabulary and let them use the words in a
sentence.
