INTRODUCTION
Coffee is the most popular beverage in the
world. It contains stimulant caffeine and
antioxidant that Inhibit inflammation and
reduce risk of disease.

(Demmig-Adams,2007; Frost, Carlsen & Blomhoff,2006)

1.0 Prevent Illnesses
1.1 Lower Risk Of Alzheimers
i. Coffee, a major dietary antioxidants action and caffeine
compound.
ii. Associated with various aspects of mental health and
brain function

1.2 Lower Risk of Type II Diabetes


i. Can reduce glucose intake
ii. Help decrease epidemic disease
