Coaches Corner
Over the last couple of weeks there have been incidents regarding inappropriate spectator
behavior reported throughout the district. Incidents such as, spectators degrading basketball
officials, spectators engaging in verbal altercations with opposing teams fans, and spectators
refusing to abide by NEISD policies regarding spectator behavior and becoming argumentative
with campus Administrators. As we gear up for another week of competition, I would like to
encourage the Tiger Nation to the set the example of a positive and supportive fan base at Tex Hill
MS. As stated in the Tex Hill MS Athletic Policy, Be an enthusiastic Tex Hill fan. Always display
the class and pride for which we are known. Degrading of any player or referee is not
representative of the Tex Hill tradition. Also, please remember that Referees/Officials may
penalize any team for spectator behavior. Lets show the district why Tex Hill MS is the best. We
are the best because of you, The Tiger Nation. Thank you for all you do!
