Philosophy
Education is a way of developing intellect, to serve social needs
thus contributing to the economy which will help to create an
effective work force. Education prepares students for our
young minds for career. Education seeks to encompass all the
dimensions of human experience. There should be no border
to education because it is accessible to all individuals without
any biases. Education is the key that ultimately help us to
become who we aim to be and help us to think intensively and
to think critically.
Technology is world around which is always changing I n the
blink of an eye. Technology is a science which involves the use
of technical terms, the environment, life, society and it includes
these aspects because it is what makes the application of
knowledge to aid with the practical needs of life. A

technological potential ability is what makes us able to

accomplish tasks that are trivial. It is a dynamic way of
improving life and its demand. The advancement in
technology has created a new economic environment which
depends on us not misusing it.
Education technology is a strategy that is used to help students
and teachers accomplish a common and that is to integrate
technology in the classroom to improve education and
facilitate the increased performance of the education system.
Why use technology? It is the way forward for students:
It helps them to solve problems using technology.
Understand that there are ethical and environmental
impacts associated with the use of technology.
Develop an appreciation for the role technology has
played in human development.
Describe the designed world that has resulted from the
application of technology.

When we integrate technology and there are no flaws and it is
thoughtful, the endless possibility is that our students not only
become more engaged, they begin to take more control over
their own learning. When technology is integrated effectively it
changes classroom dynamics, encouraging student-centered
project-based learning.

The encouraged use of technology that is employed in the

tools to complete assignments and create projects that show a

The evidence that will prove that student is is that they will
adapt to the integration of technology and will be more
involved in the lesson. They will use it to complete task in the
class. The strategy that will we used is that work will be given
activities that will incorporate the use of technology.
The introduction of technology into the learning environment
can encourage cooperative learning and student collaboration.
Students can build on their own understanding by using

computers as resource tools. When allotted the opportunity to

interact most students like to talk about their computer work
and share their experiences. Activities that are structured so
that computers encourage collaboration build on learners'
desire to communicate and share their understanding. By
uncovering students' individual understandings, teachers can
determine the influence of students' prior knowledge and
further their education through new experience.
Differentiated instructions with the aid of technology will make
the approach to learning because it promotes correlation with
the availability of using assessments because of the different
skill levels.
In the classroom technology increases creativity, improved
problem solving and improves communication between
people. Technology addresses equity and access issues for
learners. The use of technology to enhance learning is an
effective approach for many children. Hence, students that are
exceptional often experience greater success when they are
allowed to use their strengths to work around their challenges.
The valuing of technology is using it appropriately, being
responsible and in cooperating to be strategic with its approach
in learning.
It is my belief that it is important as an educator to keep
learning and modify my approach to find the best ways to
relate material to students. The world is constantly changing
and is being influenced by technology and I believe it is crucial
to use that technology to improve educational strategies. As a
future educator, I plan to not only learn from the experience of

current professionals, but also to keep up on new innovations

and incorporate them in my classroom.
