business purposes, the property located in Galas Road, Brgy. Bignay, Valenzuela
City.

This is to inform you that the property which you illegally occupy is owned by
First World Homes Philippines Incorporated and that you have not secured any
permit to utilize the area.

You are hereby notified to IMMEDIATELY VACATE the premises described in the
address above. Failure to comply will result in legal action to immediately evict
you from the property.
