Performance Template XML Tags

1. index="3": index - Section's display order within the form;

2. configurable="true": if users are allowed to add/remove items within the
section;
3. mgt-only="true" : if only manager/hr can see this section;
4. use-jobcode="true" : if the section is using subject's jobcode to autopopulate the section with related competencies;
5. no-rate="false" : if show rating scale for items within the section;
6. no-weight="false" : if show item weights within the section, and the
section's average rating will be used in the form's calculated overall
rating;
7. summ-opt="99999" : To turn off the section summary at all times, then
make it a big number, say 99999; To turn on section summary at all times,
then make it 0;
8. split-cmt="true": if displaying subject and manager's comments side by
side;
9. rating-opt="*":
0: default, no ratings next to each user's comment;
1: display rating next to subject's comment;
2: display rating next to all evaluators' comments;
3: side-by-side manager and subject ratings
10. cmt-opt="*"
0: Show both item and section comments;
1: Show only section comments, no item comments;
2: Show only item comments, no section comments;
3: Show no item and section comments;
11. in-summ-display="true: if the section is to be displayed in the Summary
Sect; default is true.

12. in-overall-rating="true": if the section is to be included in the document

overall rating
13. no-group="false: True is default. False indicates group selections is
displayed if groups have been defined in the Meta section;
14. auto-pop-weights="true" : if you want to auto populate the goal weights
with their weights in the goal plan
15. min-goals-required="1" : - this represents the minimum number of goals
that must be in this section to allow the form to be routed.
16. max-goals-allowed="9999": this represents the maximum number of goals
that are allowed to be in this section, else the form can not be routed.
17. obj-edit="popup" : allow user to edit objective on from or via a popup
18. show-calculated-section-rating="true": if showing the section calculated
rating.
