1st MISANTHROPIC DIVISION CULTURAL CONTEST

REGULATION
Promotion period: from December 20/ 2015 to February 20/ 2016
Theme: Beside Bed Book
1. CONTEST
1.1 The Cultural Contest Beside Bed Book will be held by MD Kultur in accordance to preserve our culture
and motivate our folk into the wonders of reading.
1.2 The competition is open to everyone, except for administrators of MD Kultur site.
1.3 To apply to this contest is necessary to access the site www.mdkultur.com in the period from December
20 (2015) to February 20 (2016) and go to the section CONTEST and properly complete the form
answering the question "What makes a perfect book to stay beside your bed and which one would be?
1.4 The competition aims to elect, following the rules here determined and among registered participants,
the most creative phrase.
2. REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES
2.1 Observing the provisions of item 1.3 above, the participants should, access the site www.mdkultur.com
in the section CONTEST and fill out the registration form available there, with the following mandatory
fields marked *: full name* email *, city and country * plus answer the question "What makes a perfect book
to stay beside your bed and which one would be?
2.2 The phrases sent by participants will not exceed the 250 character limit. Phrases with number of lines
above the established will be promptly dismissed and disqualified from the competition.
2.3. Participants will be excluded automatically from the Contest in case of proven fraud or submission of
sentences that is not of his own.
2.4 In no event shall MD Kultur be held responsible for entries lost, delayed, wrongly sent, incomplete,
incorrect, invalid or inaccurate. As MD Kultur will not be responsible for problems, or technical failure
operations of any sort, in computer networks, servers or providers, computer, hardware or software
equipment, or error.
3. TRIAL FORM
3.1 All received sentences will be reviewed by a Jury formed by the MD Kultur team. All decisions of the
Jury are final.
3.2 The final results of the competition with the winner of the statement will be published on the site
www.mdkultur.com in the day February 29, 2016.
4. PRIZE
4.1 The author of the best phrase will be awarded with a Book, special Misanthropic Division stickers and a
Wiking Brand t-shirt.
4.2 Winner will be informed via email (that will be asked then their addresses to send the prizes) besides
having his/her name published on the official sites and social media from Misanthropic Division. The award
is personal and not transferable. The prize will only be given to the author of the sentence and who are with
full address. In no event the winner can exchange the prize or receive it in cash.
4.3 Premium shipping charges to the address given by the respondent, duly informed in the act of sending
the response, shall be borne by the organizers of cultural contest.
5. OVERVIEW
5.1 This Contest is exclusively cultural nature and participation in it is not subject to any form of alley or pay
by competitors or linked to the acquisition or use of any property, right or service.
5.2 Participants of this contest declared at the outset are the authors of forwarded sentences and that they
do not constitute plagiarism or any other type of violation of rights.
5.3 By submitting your sentence, the participant automatically authorizes the MD Kultur and official
Misanthropic Division sites and social media to use the phrase and photo (can be personalized with our
dearest totens to preserve self security) exclusively for disclosure of this 1st Contest.
5.4 The mere participation in this contest to encourage creativity implies the full knowledge and unrestricted
acceptance of these rules. The phrases, winning or not, will not be returned and will be destroyed at the
end of the contest.
