of Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Fabric Finishing units and several garment
manufacturing units. The first unit of this group has
started in the year 1987 & we have passed more than 32 years in chain garments
business and producing 100% export oriented garments.
We are looking potential HR professional who can lead and manage organizational
wide performance management system. The position will be Asst.
Manager/Manager- HRD and responsible for developing and managing organization
wide performances management system, develop Key Performance Indicator
(KPI), Key Result Area (KRA), human resources development, policies and
operational framework in line with NTG strategy. S/he will also provide technical
support to sectors/department on staff capacity management including development
needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation of staff development programs. This
position is responsible for piloting/implementing organization wide Management
Development/Talent Development programs in line with organizational strategic
