REWARDS - KRISFLYER ENROLMENT AND REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 :

BE A KRISFLYER MEMBER
Enrol as a KrisFlyer member online via www.singaporeair.com or contact KrisFlyer Membership Services at 1800 7898 188 (Singapore only. Please
refer to www.singaporeair.com for local contact numbers in other countries) for an enrolment form.
Please proceed to step 2 if you are already a KrisFlyer member.

STEP 2:

ENROL IN THE REWARDS - KRISFLYER CONVERSION PROGRAMME

Complete this form and mail or fax it back to us at 6253 1855 to enrol in the UOB Rewards - KrisFlyer Conversion Programme
Allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your enrollment request, upon receipt of your form.

STEP 3:

CONVERSION OF REWARDS UNI$ FOR KRISFLYER MILES

Convert your UNI$ to KrisFlyer miles online via www.uobgroup.com Just click on Logon and select UOB Rewards.
Alternatively, contact our UOB Call Centre (24 Hrs) 1800 222 2121 and follow these step-by-step instructions
Select 1 for English or 2 for Mandarin
Select 1 for Card Centre Services
Select 4 for UOB Rewards
Key in your 16-digit UOB Credit Cardnumber
Key in your 5-digit Reward Code
Key in the quantity to convert
Select 1 to confirm your request
Please note that a $25 administrative fee will be charged to your Credit Card for each conversion of your UNI$ to KrisFlyer miles.
UNI$ are converted in blocks of UNI$5000 for 10,000 KrisFlyer miles.
