Definitions:
SupCall1 : A Skype call with at least two Sup representatives2:

Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating to any SupCall1 you accept the official Sup Skype
Terms and Conditions.
2. The following actions are not allowed when one or more Sup
representatives are irritated by the action:
a. Screaming during a SupCall1.
b. Singing during a SupCall1.
c. Play music during a SupCall1.
d. Using the Dial Tone(s) during a SupCall1 .
e. Using Clownfish or any other voice changing program during
a SupCall1
f. Making / creating any odd noise during a SupCall1
3. As a member of the SupCall1 you need to make sure that unless no
Suprepresentatives2 are irritated by the action:
a. Participants of the SupCall1 cannot hear your mobile phone.
This includes static noise of radio interference.
b. Participants of the SupCall1 cannot hear the audio your
computer.
c. Participants of the SupCall1 cannot hear the audio off any
other device.
4. When you participate in a SupCall1 you should always turn on your
camera. Exceptions:

a. You have permission from at least 1/2 of all Sup

representatives2 in the current SupCall1.
b. Rule 5.
c. You have a technical malfunction with your video equipment.
When you going to leave the SupCall1 unattended for at least one
minute you need to make sure that:
a. Your microphone is muted.
b. Turn off your cam (optional).
When you are participating in a SupCall1 and at least of all the
Sup representatives2 in the current SupCall1 agree that your audio
quality is not equivalent to the expected audio quality in a SupCall1
you must enable push to talk.
The Terms and Conditions can be changed if at least 4 off the Sup
representatives agree with the renewed Terms and Conditions.
The host of the current SupCall1 should always execute the
sanction. When the host does not execute the sanctions a new
host should be established.

Sanctions:
When you do not comply to the terms and Conditions, the host of the
SupCall needs take the following actions in the following order, until the
person in question decides to comply with the terms and conditions.
1. 3x The person in question gets a waring.
2. 3x The host needs to kick the person in question out the SupCall1
3. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 10 minutes.
4. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 30 minutes.
5. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 2 hours .
6. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 5 hours .
7. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 1 day .
8. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 5 days and the person in question will be removed by Matthijs
Blaauw or Daan Hoekenga out of the Sup WhatsApp Group
conversation for 5 days .

9. The host needs to remove the person in question out the SupCall1
for 1 week and the person in question will be removed by Matthijs
Blaauw or Daan Hoekenga out of the Sup WhatsApp Group
conversation for 1 week .

The host needs to remove the person in question out the
SupCall1 for 2 weeks and the person in question will be removed by
Matthijs Blaauw or Daan Hoekenga out of the Sup WhatsApp
Group conversation for 2 weeks .
11.
The host needs to remove the person in question out the
SupCall1 for 1 month and the person in question will be removed by
Matthijs Blaauw or Daan Hoekenga out of the Sup WhatsApp
Group conversation for 1 month.
