Aim:
Creation of a basic spreadsheet by entering text, number and performing basic mathematical
functions and usage of the filter function.
Procedure:
Step1: Open a Spreadsheet in MS-Excel.
Step2: Create a student database for five students and five subject marks each.
Step3: Perform filter operation by selecting the Cell Value
Select any cell with a value that has to be filtered .Now
Right Click

Filter by Cell value

Step4: Apply the desired font colors .Now

Right Click on the desired color

Filter by Cell font Color.

Perform filter operation by selecting the font color.

Step 5: Apply the desired cell colors .Now
Right Click on the desired color

Filter

Filter by Cell Color.

Step6: Perform find and replace operation

Step6.1: Click on find and replace icon, select the find tab and enter the value to be found.
Step6.2: Now select the replace tab and enter the replacement value.
Step 7: Save the spreadsheet.
