Dear Parents/Carers,
Election of Parent Governor
I am writing to advise you that there were two nominations for the recently
advertised post of parent school governor. Therefore, a ballot will take place.
We have decided to hold the ballot before Christmas as so many parents will be
visiting to watch performances. I would be really grateful if you could pop your
vote in the official ballot box.
Overleaf, you will find a ballot paper (one per family).
How to Vote:

Place an X in the right hand column against the candidate of your choice.
You may not vote more than once per candidate.
Only parents/carers of registered pupils at the school are eligible to vote.
No parent/carer is entitled to complete more than one ballot paper
(irrespective of the number of children at the school).
Please return the ballot paper to the sealed box in front of the office window
by 2pm on Friday 18th December.
Ballot papers should not contain the name of the sender.
The results of the ballot will be publicised in a newsletter during the first week of
Spring term.
