Dani Copeland

Hi, my name is Dani Copeland. Im 31 years old and married with two children that
attend Leamore Primary School. Katie is currently in Year Two. Evie attends Nursery
and will hopefully start here fulltime in September 2016. I would like to become a parent
governor as I would like the opportunity to help shape mine and other parents childrens
futures. I believe I have the passion and dedication to help the school improve and get
back the reputation that it used to have. I take part in various activities going on in the
school, so Im not a stranger to the school. Im also not afraid to speak out and stand my
ground if its something I truly believe in. I have a lot of friends and acquaintances at the
school whose views and opinions I Would like to voice and share. Your votes would be
appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my statement.

I am a parent of two children. One is in Year One and the other is in Nursery at Leamore
Primary School. I would like to help in any way possible to get the school, not only out of
Special Measures, but into a Good position with Ofsted and to keep the good and hard
work going.
As a parent governor, I hope to put across a point of view of a parent, as well as listening
to any other parent or pupil who may have any concerns or suggestions. I will try to be
available for this and then put these across at the governor meetings.
