called rp back. She stated she talked to female who was

female told rp that she only took 2 tylenol and was
okay.I then asked rp if she had asked for the address

she stated no. rp felt everything was okay. The
only issue
was a marital issue but they were fine. She did
not want
any further help.

I checked in IMC and in house for female. In IMC the

registry has her address as Taunton. I also checked for
her husband. He also has a Taunton address listed. I also
checked the
street listing book and they are not in
there.

Brockton Dist Court faxed a restraining order extension to
this department on 12/30/15 at 1600hrs. The order was
partially received with only the first page. After
obtaining the information that should have been on the
second page, an attempt to serve the order by Sgt Ellsworth
was made at the defendant's work address, Boston Cedar which
was listed as his home address. On 12/31/15 at 1120hrs.
Manager Paul stated that male was a truck driver and not
routinely there and did not know when he would be back to
serve. Paul was not forthcoming with any phone number
information for male.
A check via our records showed
male
that male was served on 12/18/15 by officers and that
gave his home address to the serving officer at that point.
Civil
Sgt Ellsworth telephoned "Lynn" at Brockton Dist
Court and informed of the home address given at that
time.
Lynn stated that they were not aware of male's home address
service.
and that she would fax the order to Brockton for
Sgt Ellsworth to continue working on finding male at Boston
Cedar.
