Site Inspection
1. Sump Pumps for Genset room, as of December 22, 2015, is in normal
operating condition.
2. Genset Room floor drain still has small pool of water due to clogged floor
drain and leaks on wall.
3. Site tube for Cistern Tank already fix.
4. Transfer Pump Pump A for cluster C still on manual operation. Pump
B not yet operational.

BTO Status
1. Sump Pumps for Genset Room already turned over last November 5,
2015 and accepted last December 3, 2015.

2. Genset Room already turned over last November 5, 2015 but not yet
accepted because flooring not yet epoxy painted. CMT advised FOPM,
flooring not yet epoxy painted because room is still under observation for
leaks.

3. Transfer Pump and Cistern tank already turned over last August 27,
2015 and accepted last September 14, 2015.

Action Taken
1. Sump pump is subjected to retesting. Sump Pump operates accordingly.
2. Property Engineer submitted Incident report to CMT about the leaks and
clog on Genset room. CMT to remove clog on floor drain and to add
plugging on wall to remove leaks.
3. Property Engineer submitted Incident Report to CMT about the
disconnected Site Tube for Cistern Tank. Site Tube for Cistern tank was fix
by Contractor the same day it was reported. CMT instructed Contractor to
put additional clamp on Site Tube.
4. Transfer Pump Pump B for Cluster C is subjected for replacement of
suction valve by AMICI Supplier.
