Charge: NYS Penal Law Section 155.35 (1) Grand Larceny 3rd Degree (D Felony)
The above subject was arrested on the above charges after an investigation conducted by this
agency in conjunction with the NYS Department of Labor. The results of the investigation did
show that Kevin M. Lynch did steal unemployment benefits that he was not entitled to during
a period of time between 2013 to 2015. Lynch was arraigned in the Town of Malta Court and
released pending pre-trial services. He is to appear at a later date to answer.
