Main Issues

Main issue Jane is facing a typical situation: a top-performing salesperson


who wants to get things done his way which his team members are liking
it. Jane cannot get rid of a productive guy, also she cannot let him destroy
the team either.
At first look, Andy Zimmerman might seem narcissistic , blunt, apathetic,
indifferent and even a nagger.
Is it that or is it because Jane the manager is not strong and cannot take
control of her subordinate.
Are colleagues incompetent and insecure or is Andy really pedantic.
Is Andy affecting collective performance or is he raising the standards for
others to follow.
Indifferent Andy Vs. Persistent Andy. Jane gives her a stone cold look and
he just shrugs his off.
