COMPENSATION CLAIM BY DR ROMESH ARYA

CHAKRAVARTI

At about 2.00 pm this afternoon I was visited, unannounced, by Dr Ben Harwood and the Scottish
"psychiatric nurse" Stephen Crawford from the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He told me that I
had failed to attend an appointment with him at the "Burke Street Clinic", the psychiatric
outpatient clinic of the Princess Alexandra (PA) Hospital.

Last week I had been visited, again without attempting to contact me by phone or email, by
Stephen Crawford, this time with a morbidly obese woman named Samantha Martin who said
she was a "psychologist" who studied (like me) at the University of Queensland. Under threat of
"returning" me to the hospital, I was injected with 75 milligrams of the depot antipsychotic drug
paliperidone, in a treatment plan instituted by Dr Justin O'Brien, who had me locked up for almost
two months in September, October and November 2015.
I had lent Samantha Martin, who I had seen but not met in the past, a copy of my 1997 book
"Psychiatric Tales and Words About Life" and said I would discuss it with her the next time she
came. She had given the book to be returned but Crawford did not mention it till I did."It's in the
car, I'll get it if you like". I gave Ben Harwood another copy, with my email address and the words
"HUB Forensics" and "Holistic University NetworK" for him to check my websites out, and to get
details of my case against his hospital.
"Do you want it back or can I keep it?". I said he could keep it and I hoped it helped with his
education.This was just before he left, and I also extended my hand to shake his. He had a weak
handshake.
Ben Harwood told me that he, too, is a UQ graduate, who got his "first degree" in 1998. I told him
that I have only one degree, a medical degree that I earned in 1983, and that I have never been
interested in obtaining multiple degrees and climbing the academic ladder, unlike my medical
father and sister. He did not relate to what I was saying, for obvious reasons.
I asked Harwood who his consultant is - the psychiatrist he works under - and he told me he was
called Dr Anup Joseph. He confirmed that he was another Indian psychiatrist, who had just
started working at PA. I have been locked up and tortured by a series of Indian psychiatrists since
my daughter Zoe Arya Chakravarti was born on 30th August 2009. I was locked up two days after
she was born, after my father learned that it was I who reported him to the National Security
Hotline and Federal Police for his support of terrorism and his history of war crimes and crimes
against humanity in Sri Lanka.

My entire family ganged up against me, enlisting the help of their friends and acquaintances, to
have me vilified and stigmatized as mad, beginning in December 1994 and continuing, unabated,
to the present time.
Dr Harwood began by trying to make "smalltalk", and admitted this was the case when he asked
me if the art on the walls was my own. He came into the house saying it was "a great place".
"Do you like it?" I asked. "It's eccentric". I was wary. Eccentric is another word for odd, and
oddness is a "sign" of "schizophrenia", which is what they are saying I suffer from. Actually I
suffer only when I am persecuted by this damned hospital sending people to pathologise me and
inject me, and take me away from my home and work.
I knew I was in danger. Harwood was there to find a justification to lock me back up, and had
come with a man who had first arrived at my house in June last year with police and a piece of
paper called an "ATO" - "authority to return". They handcuffed me on my doorstep for no reason
and took me to be injected and incarcerated at the PA Hospital for the umteenth time. I am now
again on an "Involuntary Treatment Order" (ITO) which I was placed on two weeks after being
taken off it (when my father realised me was losing control of me), so all Harwood has to do is
sign an "ATO" and police will be sent from the Moorooka Police Station to handcuff me and take
me back for more drugs and injections.
So I had to be polite to this jackass, who was not on the same page as me when it came to
politics or medicine, both of which I discussed with him.

POLITICS and MILITARY MEDICINE

I discussed politics and military medicine with Dr Harwood, while Crawford listened in silence. I
looked at Harwood rather than Crawford, and pulled my chair closer to him so I could get through
to him. It was difficult.
I asked him whether he was against Australian troops being sent to Afghanistan. "Well, Im a
pacifist, so yes" was his reply. Then I asked him about sending Australian troops to Iraq. Again he
was against it. "What about sending troops to Timor?" He said "that depends".
I asked him about the Vietnam war and whether he thinks it was wrong. Then I told him about
how they used surplus Agent Orange stockpiles as a "weedicide" in the 1970s and 1980s getting
Aboriginal men to spray it on their own water supplies, resulting in three generations of clubbed
hands and other genetic deformities and disabilities in these impoverished Aboriginal people.
I asked if the Australian government's denial of responsiibility for this was evil. Harwood
acknowledged that there has been genocide of Aboriginals, but he only said so becasuse I asked
him if he agreed there had been such genocide. If he said no, I would have provided him with
details. He baulked, however, at calling it evil. He likewise hesitated to say that the drug
companies were corrupt - "I don't know about corrupt".

I asked him if he knew I was a doctor and he answered in the affirmative, though he did not know
I graduated from the same university as him, many years before him. He did not acknowledge my
medical seniority and was trying to "diagnose" me as a "patient". I refused to be inducted into the
role and asked him whether he thought the PA Hospital and University of Queensland supported
the Vietnam War and all the subsequent military adventures by the Australian armed forces. He
said he didn't think so, and that the military and medical "branches" were separate. "I think you
have overvalued ideas to think the PA Hospital supported the Vietnam War". I told him it was not
an overvalued idea or an idea at all, it was a statement of historical fact.
I asked Harwood if he knew Major General John Pearn of the Royal Children's Hospital and
University of Queensland's Department of Medicine and what he thought of him. "Professor
Pearn? I like him. He's very distinguised and learned." I told him I disagreed with his opinion
having worked as Pearn's registrar at the Royal Children's Hospital in 1986, but I didn't go into
details. I asked him if he knew that while he was Professor of Paediatrics Pearn was also the
most senior doctor in the Australian Army (he is also a eugenist). I asked if he saw this as a
problem. He didn't know about Pearn's parallel military career, but saw no conflict with his role as
a full-time paediatrics professor.
I told him that Pearn climbed the medical and academic hierarchy due his role in the Vietnam
War, when he was in charge of triage in the Royal Brisbane Hospital - deciding where injured
soldiers would be sent. He is an administrator, whose clinical knowledge and skills are abysmal. I
know this because I worked under him. Harwood, who refused to accept my opinion, did not.
I then asked Harwood about the fact that I had been injected with 400 milligrams of Paliperidone
over 3 weeks when I was locked up at his hospital a couple of months ago. "Do you think that
was excessive?" I asked, aware that the hospital pharmacist refused to dispense it at first for this
reason, and the senior nurses also questioned both the frequency and dose and whether it was
indicated in the first place, Harwood gave the answer I have have come to expect from these
heavily indoctrinated fools - "That's a pretty usual loading dose".
It isn't. This is a new drug that that has just been introduced into the Australian market and is
being grossly over-used by the PA Hospital, and doubtless other Australian hospitals as well. The
injection has made me gain weight and completely sterilized me. This, and the previous poison
they injected into me - another "depot antipsychotic" from Janssen-Cilag (Rispiradone or
RISPERDAL) have been noted to stop ejeculation in beagle dogs. They do the same to me, and I
am very angry about it.
I am claiming compansation of $10 million from the Princess Alexandra Hospital, and $500,000
each from Drs Daniel Varghese, Purushothaman Subramanian (alias "Dr Subu"), Justin O'Brien,
Paul Schneider, Monica Des Arts, Belugi Motomari and David Crompton. I am also claiming
damages of $20 million from Janssen phamaceuticals and $40 million from Johnson and
Johnson. These are exemplary damages following over 200 abusive injections over 20 years and
over 100 incarcerations, at least 50 of which were at the Princess Alexandra Hospital under these
doctors.

house, armed with a box labelled "RAMESH SERENEW" containing a 75 milligram pre-filled syringe of
"INVEGA SUSTENNA" (paliperidone, a 'depot antipsychotic') from the Belgian drug company Janssen
Cilag. The label on the box says it was ordered by "Dr Sharna Kanodia", who I have never heard of. It was
dispensed on 17.12.2015, and the box warns that "this medicine may cause drowsiness" and that it is "for
Doctor/Nurse's use every FOUR weeks."
Stephen Crawford, who was responsible for abducting me from my home in July, when he arrived with
police and a woman from the PA Hospital called Leesa Dodd-Densley, has volunteered to be my "case
manager" under the psychiatrist Justin O'Brien. They're making up the rules as they go along. It used to be
the case that the psychiatrists responsible for treating patients "in the community" are different from those
responsible for keeping them captive in hospital. In my case, Justin O'Brien is remaining in charge, and it
is he who has a legal responsibility to take me off the Involuntary Treatment Order if I do not satisfy
criteria for diagnosis of a mental illness and stop the treatment if, as is the case, it is unnecessary and
abusive..
The problem is that it is Justin O'Brien who put me on the ITO, and he is doing favours for my father and
for the hospital, due to my case against them. O'Brien is mates with a whole bunch of psychiatrists who
have tortured me at the hospital since 2002 when my father decided that the best way of dealing with my
trilingualism-promoting peace plan for Sri Lanka was to get me locked up in the mental ward of his
hospital and get his colleagues to institute what is euphemstically called "assertive treatment". Assertive
treatment means harsh treatment.
It is patently obvious that I don't have schizophrenia, which is what paliperidone (Invega Sustenna) is for.
The injection was ordered by a doctor who had never met me and did not try to even speak to me on the
phone. The previous injections completely sterilized me, and also made me slur my speech. I gained
almost 10 kilograms in weight while I was locked up in September, October and November this year.
While I was locked up, O'Brien ordered such huge and frequent doses of Invega Sustenna (each at the cost,
to the public, of hundreds of dollars) that the hospital pharmacist refused to dispense it. This was not the
case with Jenny Deng of the Buranda Terry White Chemists, who asked no more questions about it than
she does usually. She just dispensed it, despite the known dangers and toxicity of this new drug.
The actions of this hospital are inexcusable and I am claiming damages of $5m from the hospital for 13
years of repeated false incarceration and repeated assault, defamation, libel, damage to professional
reputation, damage to personal reputation, unlawful depivation of liberty, unlawful deprivation of free
speech, torture and poisoning, as well as conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, based on refusal to
release my medical records to me in order to hamper my legal case..

The assaulters and proof of the assault - my impression of Stephen Crawford and Samantha
Martin from the Princess Alexandra Hospital - a mentally unhealthy "mental health team", who
did not even ask me how I was. Their only agenda when they came to my house, unannounced,
was to inject me, with orders to call the police if I resisted.
I'm feeling tired today, but I'm determined to keep working, and to get some compensation for
years and years of repeated false incarcerations and numerous assaults within the walls of the
PA Hospital. I think $5m compensation is a fair sum for over 50 incarcerations and more than 100
injections (which crippled me at the time).

The box of the poison Stephen Crawford injected Romesh Senewiratne-Alagaratnam with. His name is
mis-spelt 'RAMESH SERENEW" and the fat psychologist he brought with him, Samantha Martin, who
refused to say when she graduated (though she said it was from the University of Queensland) was quite
unable to pronounce even the first part of the surname "Senewiratne". She is, as the Australian phrase goes,
"as thick as a plank". The injection cost the taxpayer over $300.00, with the profits going to the Belgian
drug company Janssen-Cilag and Terry White Chemists who dispensed it.
Dr Romesh Senewiratne-Alagaratnam Arya Chakravarti is claiming $2m compensation from Terry White
Chemists, $10m from Janssen-Cilag and $5m from the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

The Scottish "nurse" and "case manager" Stephen Crawford, who came and injected Dr Romesh
Senewiratne Alagaratnam Arya Chakravarti two days ago, first met him when he arrived with the police in

Senewiratne (1975) on the fluoride content of Sri Lanka's drinking water. The research was
funded by the British Nuffiield Foundation and was intended to cover-up fluoride poisoning
(flurosis) from World War Two industrial and military waste inland from the port of Trincomalee.

Handwritten notes by Asoka Brian Senewiratne and Kamalini Senewiratnewhen they were
scouting for the war in Sri Lanka, and notes written by Brian Senewiratne in Japan, indicating his
obsession with money and status.
The trip to Japan, just before he migrated to Australia, was organized by Reggie Egerton from
UCLA. Egerton had been doing endurance testing on malnourished teas estate workers, with
which Brian Senewiratne assisted, trying to flog injectable iron for British Wellcome
pharmaceuticals.
The other paper, on the fluoride content of water was cover for the groundwork investigating the
water supplies and roads in "Tamil Eelam", funded by the British Morris Motor Company through
their "philanthropic trust" the Nuffield Foundation. Details can be fround on the Holistic University

In September 2015, Asoka Brian Senewiratne had his son, Dr Romesh Senewiratne
Alagaratnam Arya Chakravarti, locked up at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, and while he was
locked up there, went to his house and plundered and desecrated the house and garden. His
particular target was anything Sinhalese and Buddhist, which he and the men he employed,
destroyed and threw in the garden. He also helped himself to his son's work, while sabotaging
the Holistic University of Brisbane, which had been established at the house at 76 Fegen Drive,
Moorooka, in a house owned by Brian Senewiratne's wife Kamalini, but which his son renovated
and has been living in since 2008.
This video was shot after Romesh returned home after two months incarceration at the PA
Hospital, during which time, his father had employed men to chop down all the trees his son had
planted in the garden, and loaded his son's possessions, in total disarray into his trailer and had it
stacked in a self-storage unit near his house in Mount Gravatt (Mount Gravatt Storage King). His
son, and the treating psychiatrist were sent a legalistic note threatening to call the police and take
out an "apprehended violence order" if Dr Arya Chakravarti returned to his home.

Mahinda Rajapaksa in the Sri Lankan elections and his ongoing efforts to have the Tamil Tigers

locked up and tortured by a series of Indian psychiatrists since my daughter Zoe Arya Chakravarti was born on
30th August 2009. I was locked up two days after she was born, after my father learned that it was I who reported
him to the National Security Hotline and Federal Police for his support of terrorism and his history of war crimes
and crimes against humanity in Sri Lanka. My entire family ganged up against me, enlisting the help of their
friends and acquaintances, to have me vilified and stigmatized as mad, beginning in December 1994 and
continuing, unabated, to the present time.
Dr Harwood began by trying to make "smalltalk", and admitted this was the case when he asked me if the art on
the walls was my own. He came into the house saying it was "a great place". "Do you like it?" I asked. "It's
eccentric". I was wary. Eccentric is another word for odd, and oddness is a "sign" of "schizophrenia", which is
what they are saying I suffer from. Actually I suffer only when I am persecuted by this damned hospital sending
people to pathologise me and inject me, and take me away from my home and work.
I knew I was in danger. Harwood was there to find a justification to lock me back up, and had come with a man
who had first arrived at my house in June last year with police and a piece of paper called an "ATO" - "authority to
return". They handcuffed me on my doorstep for no reason and took me to be injected and incarcerated at the PA
Hospital for the umteenth time. I am now again on an "Involuntary Treatment Order" (ITO) which I was placed on
two weeks after being taken off it (when my father realised me was losing control of me), so all Harwood has to
do is sign an "ATO" and police will be sent from the Moorooka Police Station to handcuff me and take me back for
more drugs and injections.
So I had to be polite to this jackass, who was not on the same page as me when it came to politics or medicine,
both of which I discussed with him.
POLITICS and MILITARY MEDICINE
I discussed politics and military medicine with Dr Harwood, while Crawford listened in silence. I looked at
Harwood rather than Crawford, and pulled my chair closer to him so I could get through to him. It was difficult.
I asked him whether he was against Australian troops being sent to Afghanistan. "Well, Im a pacifist, so yes" was
his reply. Then I asked him about sending Australian troops to Iraq. Again he was against it. "What about sending
troops to Timor?" He said "that depends".
I asked him about the Vietnam war and whether he thinks it was wrong. Then I told him about how they used
surplus Agent Orange stockpiles as a "weedicide" in the 1970s and 1980s getting Aboriginal men to spray it on
their own water supplies, resulting in three generations of clubbed hands and other genetic deformities and
disabilities in these impoverished Aboriginal people.
I asked if the Australian government's denial of responsiibility for this was evil. Harwood acknowledged that there
has been genocide of Aboriginals, but he only said so becasuse I asked him if he agreed there had been such
genocide. If he said no, I would have provided him with details. He baulked, however, at calling it evil. He likewise
hesitated to say that the drug companies were corrupt - "I don't know about corrupt".
I asked him if he knew I was a doctor and he answered in the affirmative, though he did not know I graduated
from the same university as him, many years before him. He did not acknowledge my medical seniority and was
trying to "diagnose" me as a "patient". I refused to be inducted into the role and asked him whether he thought the
PA Hospital and University of Queensland supported the Vietnam War and all the subsequent military adventures
by the Australian armed forces. He said he didn't think so, and that the military and medical "branches" were
separate. "I think you have overvalued ideas to think the PA Hospital supported the Vietnam War". I told him it
was not an overvalued idea or an idea at all, it was a statement of historical fact.

I asked Harwood if he knew Major General John Pearn of the Royal Children's Hospital and University of
Queensland's Department of Medicine and what he thought of him. "Professor Pearn? I like him. He's very
distinguised and learned." I told him I disagreed with his opinion having worked as Pearn's registrar at the Royal
Children's Hospital in 1986, but I didn't go into details. I asked him if he knew that while he was Professor of
Paediatrics Pearn was also the most senior doctor in the Australian Army (he is also a eugenist). I asked if he
saw this as a problem. He didn't know about Pearn's parallel military career, but saw no conflict with his role as a
full-time paediatrics professor.
I told him that Pearn climbed the medical and academic hierarchy due his role in the Vietnam War, when he was
in charge of triage in the Royal Brisbane Hospital - deciding where injured soldiers would be sent. He is an
administrator, whose clinical knowledge and skills are abysmal. I know this because I worked under him.
Harwood, who refused to accept my opinion, did not.
I then asked Harwood about the fact that I had been injected with 400 milligrams of Paliperidone over 3 weeks
when I was locked up at his hospital a couple of months ago. "Do you think that was excessive?" I asked, aware
that the hospital pharmacist refused to dispense it at first for this reason, and the senior nurses also questioned
both the frequency and dose and whether it was indicated in the first place, Harwood gave the answer I have
have come to expect from these heavily indoctrinated fools - "That's a pretty usual loading dose".
It isn't. This is a new drug that that has just been introduced into the Australian market and is being grossly overused by the PA Hospital, and doubtless other Australian hospitals as well. The injection has made me gain weight
and completely sterilized me. This, and the previous poison they injected into me - another "depot antipsychotic"
from Janssen-Cilag (Rispiradone or RISPERDAL) have been noted to stop ejeculation in beagle dogs. They do
the same to me, and I am very angry about it.
I am claiming compensation of $10 million from the Princess Alexandra Hospital, and $500,000 each from Drs
Daniel Varghese, Purushothaman Subramanian (alias "Dr Subu"), Justin O'Brien, Paul Schneider, Monica Des
Arts, Belugi Motomari and David Crompton. I am also claiming damages of $20 million from Janssen
phamaceuticals and $40 million from Johnson and Johnson. These are exemplary damages following over 200
abusive injections over 20 years and over 100 incarcerations, at least 50 of which were at the Princess Alexandra
Hospital under these doctors.
