NOTICE END SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS -SEMESTER ENDING DEC 2015

1. Examinations in respect of all courses except the department of education, will be held
for the following categories:(a) Annual examination for January 2013, January 2014 and January 15 sessions.
(b) End semester examination for all those who are on semester system like Diploma
and Engineering courses.
2. Examinations will be conducted on the latest pattern as under:(a) Assessment forms (available on the web site) will be submitted by 30th Dec 2015, in
hard copies, to the controller of examinations. No forms will be accepted after 30th
Dec 2015.
(b) Viva voce examination and online examination will be conducted at the university
campus only on following dates:(i) Diploma & Certificate Courses

7th to 9th January 2016

(ii) B. Tech & M. Tech Courses

- 11th to 13th January 2016

(iii) All Other Courses.

- 14th to 16th January 2016

3. All collaborators are requested to intimate by 30th December 2015, the date on which the
students will be coming to the university for examination. This flexibility of choice of
date has been given to facilitate making travel arrangements.

4. General Instructions
(a) All students should be in possession their Hall Tickets when they come to the
university for Viva Voca examination.
(b) Students who are reappearing in any of the previous examination will fill in fresh
examination forms with re-examination fee of Rs.2000/-

(c) It is clarified that Hall Tickets will be generated only in respect of those students
whose 50% fee has been deposited in the university account before the due date.
In case of less fee deposit balance may be deposited before 20th Dec 2015. For those
whose fee 50% fee has fee deposited in university account by 20th Dec 2015 and the
examination fee, Hall Tickets will be available for print by 24th Dec 2015.
(d) Hall Tickets will NOT be provided in the university campus.
(e) It is further clarified that the Viva voce examination will be conducted on above
dates only.
(f) Online examination will also be conducted the same day on which viva voce test is
conducted. Thus outside students will complete both the viva voce as well as on line
examinations on the same day (one day only).
