One-hour sessions are held on Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM February 17 March 16 April 20 May 11 June 8 Sessions are free and open to non-members as well as Temple members. Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing. No previous experience is required. We draw upon Jewish spiritual traditions and incorporate the tools of Breathwork; Visualization; Mindfulness; Sound Vibration and Toning; Progressive Relaxation; Chanting (in Hebrew and English). Dissolve mental clutter in your brain; achieve greater focus and clarity; balance emotions and feel calmer and more centered; connect more deeply with your NEFESH (Soul).
