IMPORTANT:HP Planet Partners HP LaserJet and InkJet print cartridge Return and
Recycling Programme is only available for end-users who have used original HP cartridges
in the manner for which they are intended. Please do not use the HP Return and Recycling
Programmer for defective supplies. Defective supplies which are still under warranty as
described in the specific HP supplies warranty statement should be exchanged with an
authorised dealer or service center. Used supplies which are inadvertently sent to the
HP Return and Recycling Programme can not be returned.

Drop off the package at the nearest post office or any other available drop-off points.

Affix the below label to the outside of your HP LaserJet print cartridge box as illustrated.
The label should be clearly visible.

Make sure the same label is NEVER used to return more than 1 (one) HP LaserJet
print cartridge. Please notice that the below label has a unique barcode and can be used
ONLY once. If you try to return a second HP laserJet print cartridge using the same label
we will not be able to process your return. To return an additional HP LaserJet print
cartridge please go back to the HP Planet Partners web site and generate a new label.

Pack your used HP LaserJet print cartridges as illustrated, preferably using the
original plastic bag and box which came with your new HP LaserJet print cartridge. If
this is not possible, please pack to equivalent standards to ensure the safe transit of the
product.
