actual activity under supervision. Contact Bill Britt to discuss your options.
ANY BRIGADE WANTING SPECIFIC TRAINING PLEASE CONTACT FIRE CONTROL AS
IT MUST BE ORGANISED AROUND THIS CALENDAR. BRIGADES ARE ENCOURGAED
TO CONDUCT THEIR OWN TRAINING ACTIVITIES.
Training outside of PROGRAMMED events (such as First Aid, Chainsaw) may be available
with adequate notice. If available, training will only be conducted when the Brigade has
participant numbers confirmed at minimum requirements and the venue/location is confirmed.
Consult with the Learning and Development office for assistance.
If preferred, TRAINING/ASSESSMENT events can be conducted on WEEK-DAYS instead of
weekends. Brigades are encouraged to organise participants and days. Adequate prior notice
must be provided to allow notice to be sent to ALL brigade members.
Brigades may conduct their own training at any time. RULES APPLY to ASSESSMENTS and
RPL/AOD (details in Training Folder available to the training event coordinator). PLEASE
CONTACT FCC IF ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED.
