January 27th 8:00am-3:00pm
January 28th 12:00pm-7:00pm
*Doors may close early if space fills up.

Please bring the following:

DC residency documents (more information on the back)
Official unexpired government ID (passport, drivers license, etc.)
$20.00 for school ID (cash or credit card)
Copy of immunization records, if under 26 years old
Note: January Registration and class availability are first come, first serve.

List of Documents to Prove You Live in Washington, DC

ALL documents must include the students name and current DC home address

ONE (1) ORIGINAL of the following:

Pay Stub
Letter confirming Financial Assistance from
the DC Government

Document Must Include

DC tax withholding for current tax year

Dated within the past 45 days

Dated within the past 12 months

Certified by DC Office of Tax and Revenue

Evidence of payment of DC taxes for

prior tax year

Proof of living on embassy property or

DC property approved by the embassy

Embassy address

Official embassy seal

(Ex: TANF, Medicaid, DC Alliance,

Supplemental Security Income)

Tax Form D40

Embassy Letter

OR
TWO (2) ORIGINALS of the following:

Unexpired DC motor vehicle registration

Unexpired lease or rental agreement AND
receipt dated within 2 months of
registration
Unexpired DC motor vehicle operators
permit
One utility bill AND receipt from within 2
months (only gas, electric, and water bills
are acceptable)
