    earnedtheroleofHighSchoolDrumMajor,thehighestleadershippositionwithinthe
    organization.Assuch,shehasworkedhardtobeastrongleaderandrolemodelforherpeers,
    oftentakinginitiativeherselftolearnhowtobeabetterleader.Sheleadsbyexample,
    maintaininghighstandardsforherselfandothers.Herpeersrespectherandseekheroutfor
    guidanceandassistanceonaregularbasis.Herstronginterpersonalskillsandlevelofexpertise
    makeMissHarrisonanexcellentresourceforhercolleagues.

    MissHarrisonisalsoaveryhardworker.Sheisinvolvedinmanyactivities,bothinandoutside
    ofschool.Shesuccessfullybalancesabusyschedulewhichincludesbandandchoiractivities,
    rigorousacademiccourses,parttimeworkandfamilyobligations.Hertimemanagementand
    organizationalskillsareverystrong,allowinghertoexcelineveryactivity.

    Inmyopinion,MissHarrisonisanoutstandingyoungwomanwithenormouspotentialto
    succeedincollegeandherchosencareer.Iknowshewillworkhardanddedicateherselffullyto
    meethergoals.IstronglyurgeyoutoconsiderMissHarrison,asIknowsheisfullydeserving
