Overview

The PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) Overview is a must for managers, executives, and others in
the organization who want to understand how to apply PRPC to their lines of business. Using a combination
of presentations, demonstrations, and group discussions this course gives organizational leaders a
foundation in PRPC that enables them to lead successful implementations
Students learn the learn the essential elements of a Business Process Management (BPM) application,
how the SmartBPM Methodology is used to effectively plan, scope and manage Pega projects. In addition,
participants learn about PRPC tools such as Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) application design patterns,
connectors and services, and reporting.
