To provide private confidential support and assistance for member Tribes and Nations, which include, but are not limited to, sharing of information, classes, and instruction of law and indigenous judicial processes, ‘where members gain greater insight pertaining to their privileges, immunities and rights under International and American Indian Law To assist member Tribes and Nations in researching and filing claims for rights violations, land rights, rights to monies owed from treaties, corporate identity theft, housing fraud and international human rights Joc Nor _on1ss5246 Book® ; violations, which also include violations against women aid ehilifen, gind8ideBfthe A heficfn Negro and many other aboriginal related issues. The institution was founded by FANA Superior Chief William Winds of Thunder Guy, Sagamore of the Pokanoket, Nation, and FANA National Director Neesu Wushuwunoag, Pomham Sachem of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe, and through development concert with Principal Chief Ron Holloway of the Sand Hill Lenape Nation. Wushuwunoag and Chief Ron Holloway are all descendants of natural inhabitants of Turtle Island (America), and all employ methods of spiritualism, philosophy and law for providing remedy and understanding concerning the true history and heritage of the aboriginal inhabitants of the territories commonly referred to as North America. FANA began as a confederation of aboriginal Tribes and Nations from the New England territories that were seeking, to address ongoing issues of violations of their inherent aboriginal rights and privileges by foreign entities while on their own sovereign and ancestral lands. As the confederation grew in strength and numbers and began to make alliances with other Tribes and Nations outside of the New England territories, the Confederation recognized the need to take their efforts to a grander scale, by extending the scope of their efforts to include issues faced by aboriginal Tribes and Nations throughout the Americas. FANA assists the efforts ofits member Tribes and Nations in bringing to light more than 600 years of international and national archived history to reveal hidden truths about the true diverse cultures and heritage of America’s aboriginal populations. With the historical knowledge of laws and treaties, FANA provides private confidential support and assistance for member Tribes and Nations, which include, but are not limited to, sharing of information, classes, and instruction of law and indigenous judicial processes where members gain greater insight pertaining to their privileges, mmunities and rights under International and American Indian Law.
