The Teachers License (TL) is a quiz where participant has chance to win prize up to 50,000 Euros.

All
participants are teachers and only thing they need to win that prize is knowledge.
TV crew goes in a different school every week and asks students which teacher they think is best. When
TV crew gets to know every students opinion, then it makes top 7 list of best teachers in school, by
students opinion.
These seven teachers then participate in first part of quiz. They are asked ten different questions and all
of these questions are general knowledge questions. First question would be easiest and last, tenth
question would be hardest. If teacher gives a wrong answer, he finishes first part of quiz and the number of
questions he answered represents his score.
When every teacher finishes first part of quiz, then three teachers with highest score have to participate
in second part of quiz. In second part of quiz, three teachers are sent to three different rooms. Then
students are sent in separated part of every room and they are not told name of teacher in room. Students
are given book and teachers are asked questions from that book. Book only contains questions from
subject the participant teaches. Here, participants are asked five questions by students and every answer is
graded. Grades are numbers from 1 to 5, where 1 is the worst and 5 is the best grade. After participant
answers all questions, then grades are summed up and divided by 5. That means crew will find average
grade for every teacher. Teacher with highest average grade wins the teachers license in form of money
prize. Teachers prize is average grade multiplied by 10,000.
