CONTRACTOR'S SUPERVISION AND SUBLETTING OF CONTRACT: Contractor shall in no case Jease/transfer/sublevappoint care taker or sub- contractor without prior approval of POWERGRID to carry out any obligations under this contrat TERMS OF PAYMENT Day to day cash paymenveoupons against services rendered to individual Employces/Trainces staying at field hostel (Student Village) PAL compiex, shall he collected by the Contractor from all individuals. The Contractor shall submit bills in duplicate. to the Admn, Department -Manesar towards payment for company guest, official parties’meetings organized by POWERGRID. Payment will be released within Twenty One days from the date of receipt of verified bills duly complete in all respects, through account Payee Cheque afer deduction of TDS or any other recoveries as per statutory sirements The payment for Buffet shall be paid on the basis of verification by Officer-in- charge after receipt of bills in duplicate within 7 days. However, wages for manpower that are not covered under any catcvory will be regulated as average percentage increase in Minimum wages of Delhi Govt 16.0 17.0 R ESOLUTION OF DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION: All the differences or disputes arising out of this Contract shall be settled as per Clause, Section of the Bidding Document. The provision of Arbitration & Coneiliation Act 1996 shall apply. Delhi Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the matter. ‘The arbitrator shall give the reasoned award.
