REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR A
TWO-STOREY DATA ENTRY/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING,
MONTEGO BAY FREE ZONE, ST. JAMES
The Port Authority of Jamaica invites suitable qualified consultants to submit proposal to
undertake the design of a multi-purpose two-storey building at the Montego Bay Free Zone,
Bogue, St. James.

Interested Firms MUST provide the following documents:

Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
Proof of Registration the Company Office of Jamaica
The RFP/Bid documents will be available as of Friday July 16, 2010 at a non-refundable cost
of $3,000.00, in cash or Managers Cheque, payable to the Port Authority of Jamaica.
Tenders must be clearly marked Construction of Asphaltic Concrete Pavement and
submitted in a plain sealed envelope addressed to:Senior Vice President
Engineering and Port Development

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located in the lobby of the offices of the Port
Authority of Jamaica, 15-17 Duke Street, Kingston, no later than 2:00p.m. Friday July

30, 2010.

Tenderers are invited to observe the Tender Opening, which will take place approximately fifteen (15) minutes after the closing of the
Tender Box. The Tender Opening will be conducted in the First Floor Conference d Room at the Port Authority of Jamaica.
