Super power:
The ability to control the earth (Geokinesis) with his staf
Physics Concepts:
One of Newtons Laws that we incorporated in our superpower is the 3rd Law;
for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This is incorporated
in our heros power when he uses his staf. When he jabs his staf into the
ground, mounds of earth and rock come out of the ground. The action in this
is the staf hitting that ground and the reaction is the rocks coming out of
the ground.
Another one of Newtons Laws we incorporated in this power is the force that
hed hit the rocks that came out of the ground. The law that connects to this
is the second law; Force=Mass X Acceleration. The acceleration depends on the
mass of the rock and the force of his hit. We could also mix up this equation
to make it say; Force/Mass=Acceleration. Lets say the mass of the rock is 10kg
and the force Brother Nature used to hit the rock is 300 Newtons. To figure
out the Acceleration, youd divide 300N (force) by 10kg (mass) and youd get
30m/s2 (Acceleration).
