Claiming that statues such as ones that deal with “communications with assistant or employee of legislative budget board” or “confidentiality of records of comptroller or appraisal district received from private entity” lead me to believe you did little or no research into my request. Indeed, your letter to the Attorney General fies in the face of the state's own Open Records Handbook which states: “Follow the standards set forth in the Handbook to meet the requirements of your claimed exceptions.
