NON-PROLIFERATION IN NORTH KOREA
The Security Council and General Assembly,
Recognizing that in the past the UN has approached the situations by placing sanctions on
North Korea,
Aware of the past demands of the UN on the DPRK specifically 1874 (2009) has been
unsuccessful and displays demanding actions from the DPRK without benefiting North
Korea will continue to fail,
Keeping in mind that the DPRK continues to use and test their nuclear weapons without
responsibility which has posed a threat to international security, mentioned in the article
Security Council and UN Officials Condemn DPR Koreas Nuclear Test published by
the UN News Centre A test would be a violation of sanctions imposed on DPRK by the
council following nuclear tests in 2006 and 2009, including a ban on the import of
nuclear and missile technology,
Fully aware that the possession of nuclear supply by North Korea has caused uncertainty
between allies,
Alarmed by the danger of the possibility that North Korea is exporting nuclear
technology to unsafe areas and groups, written in The Atlantic, There is also danger that
North Korea may export nuclear technology to other rogue states, like Iran and terrorist
groups,
Having considered the lack of allies and economic support the DPRK has had in the past
especially in times of need when natural disasters have affected North Korea,
Fully aware that although North Korea is a sovereign nation the possession and use of
their nuclear supply has decreased the possibility of non-proliferation by encouraging
other countries to wish for nuclear weapons and energy,
Seeking new resolutions toward the non-proliferation of North Korea involves educating
North Korea and urges any allies interested in responding peacefully to the nonproliferation of the DPRK to consider the following,

1) Encourages the role of educating North Korea on the economic impact nuclear
weapons has had toward their economy, reminding the DPRK that giving up their nuclear
supply could increase and benefit their economy immensely;
2) Strongly supports the approach of creating allies to offer support toward the
DPRK in exchange for the nuclear supply to be discarded;
a) With a peace treaty offering alliance and support between nations,
specifically between France, the United Kingdom, and North Korea:
b) With a signed document stating North Korea will give up their
nuclear supply in exchange for allies throughout nations:
3) Acknowledges that when forming allies between nations it will create peace and
the unlikelihood of threats to international peace and security;
4) Calls upon placing sanctions on all nations involved to prevent the chance of
breaking allies and threatening international peace and security;
a) With sanctions placed on North Korea this will confirm complete
non-proliferation in the DPRK and eliminate the possibility of exporting nuclear
technology to other rogue states:
b) With sanctions placed on France and the United Kingdom this will
eliminate the possibility of attack upon North Korea or join upon possible
outbreak of the North Korean citizens after the nuclear supply has been removed:
5) Emphasizes that with the elimination of nuclear supply in the DPRK the demand
for nuclear weapons and energy will decrease and the chances of non-proliferation will
become greater;
6) Reminds that all nations involved in the peace treaty are guaranteed unity between
each other and possible support if in need;
7) Requests that the signing of the treaty of any nation involved is completed within
60 days of resolution being passed;
8) Considers that if North Korea does not intend to form alliance with any countries
involved, this resolution will be passed;
