IDENTIFY CONCERNS
Our goal is to advise FCCLA members in our school and community of the impact FCCLA can make on ones leadership
skills, social skills, and more. We want to promote FCCLA and everything it has to offer.

SET A GOAL
Specific- Our goal is to create an FCCLA website to promote our chapter.
Measurable- We want to develop a website by using a website creating software, allowing us to inform students about
FCCLA.
Attainable- We will create an FCCLA website for our chapter by putting links of important information and dates, along
with pictures of past events.
Realistic- We want to create a website to organize and set up our FCCLA website in an effective way.
Time Bound- We want to create a website for our local FCCLA chapter with usable links, event dates, and pictures for
members, students, and community leaders by February 1, 2016.

FORM A PLAN (WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, HOW, COST, RESOURCES, AND EVALUATION)
Who: Brooke Hasty, Natalie Engel, and Tess Bauman
What: Ste. Genevieve FCCLA Chapter Website
When: We began planning and creating our website in October. We finalized our website on January 31, 2016. We
then plan to update our website with new information as it arises.
Where: Ste. Genevieve High School
How: We gathered information for our website through our advisors, members, and community. We then applied the
information to our website with active links.
Cost: No Cost.
Resources: Dr. Eatherton, Mrs. Staffen, Chapter Members, Wix.com

ACT
October 14- We began brainstorming ideas for our chapter website, such as which website creator to use and what to
include on the website.
November 17- We started the project by filling out the planning process, identification page, and any other paperwork
needed.
December 10- We gathered all important dates for our website calendar from fcclainc.org
December 27- We continued to work on our project by meeting with fellow members for pictures and questions for
our FAQ page.
January 13- We then asked our advisors for a list of awards won by members in past years for our awards page.
January 19- We finalized our website by making sure all links were active on several web servers. We also went
through the entire website checking to make sure everything was included and looked how we want.

FOLLOW UP
Overall, the process of gathering information and creating our website was successful. We each had equal
responsibilities as well as our own goals. The finished project turned out successful, as our chapter members approved
of the website when it was viewed at a chapter meeting.
