Final ALE Reflection

Listed below are the six concepts that must be reflected within your final
submission (one page minimum for the entire reflection). The reflection will then be
submitted on your Weebly e-portfolio no later than March 1st 2016.

Within the Discipline

Present a list of knowledge and skills from three or more courses/content
areas in leadership as well as an in depth analysis of how the experience as a
Residential Leader contributed to your understanding of the connection
between your academic experience and meaningful real-world application.

Beyond the Discipline

Present a list of knowledge and skills from three or more courses/content
areas outside of the leadership experience as well as an in depth analysis of
how the experience contributed to your understanding of the connection
between your academic experience and meaningful real-world application.

Beyond Academics
Present a list of knowledge and skills from two or more experiences outside
the classroom as well as an in depth analysis of how the experience
contributed to your understanding of the connection between your academic
experience and meaningful real-world application.

Interconnectedness

Present an analysis of how the Residential Leader experience contributed to

your understanding of the interconnectedness of knowledge and skills in all
three areas (with in the discipline, beyond the discipline and beyond
academics).

Global Awareness
Analyze your own biases, stereotypes, preconceptions, and/or assumptions
that you have discovered and explored within your position.

Broader Implications
Analyze the global issues with in the Residential Leader experience.
