Preliminary Pit Filling Flow Rate and Dimensions for AOC Collection Basin 1 - 5100-T-502 are provided but will be confirmed later by civil. (HOLD 1)

Refrence P&ID is RAPID-P0022-PUNJ-PRO-PID-5100-0011.

Refer to RAPID-FE1-TPX-MEC-SPN-0001-0200 Project Specification - General Technical Requirements for Packages for further general design requirements and applicable
Project Specifications.

Refer to RAPID-P0022-PUNJ-ELE-DES-5100-0007 (Electrical Specification for Package Unit) for the applicable voltage supply for each consumer (depending on consumer
nominal power). Vendor shall give the a preliminary consumer list with offer.

Slop extraction is a batch operation under operator control. Running time per batch to be confirmed by Bidder according to pump flowrates.

Vendor to supply high efficiency motor.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY :
Each AOC Collection Basins will contain one Skimming package. As a minimum, the package shall include, but shall not be limited the following typical equipment:
(a) One oil skimmer with slop oil pump.
(b) One Common Spare Slop Oil pump in warehouse for both oil skimming package 5100-A-501 and 5100-A-502.
(c) All interconnecting pipe work within battery limits,
(d) All necessary accessories (filters, valves, instruments etc.)
The package shall be complete and supplied by a single VENDOR who shall ensure compatibility of various items to meet .

PROCESS DISCRIPTION :
AOC Collection Basin 2 - 5100-T-502 is to collect Rain Water potentially polluted by oil from spillage and leaks (first flush) from pump station 1 and 2, pressurized flare, 5150LCN Storage spheres (5150-V-002A/B) and from tanks dype drain one by one in a controlled way to refinery tank farm. AOC effluent is sent at low flow to the AOC Treatment
Package Unit - 6320. From oil-water mixture in basin, skimmed oil is sent to the light slop oil tank 5190-T-001 with the help of slop oil transfer pump provided in the package.
