This is a recipe for blueberry chello that

will hace an alcohol content of 20 percent
or 40 proof..This recipe will make 118 ounces
total counting the juice from the squeezed or
mashed blueberries.It is very simple and should
be kept refridgerated for a nice after dinner drink.
This is the recipe..
1-bottle 1.75 liter of inexpensive vodka..
2-pints of squeezed or mashed blueberries..
43-ounces of simple syrup..
The total is 118 ounces of finished 20 percent
blueberry chello...These are the instructions..
1--pour vodka into large jar..
2--add squeezed blueberries..
3--let sit in jar for 24 hours..
4--drain through strainer to remove flesh from
blueberries..
5--add 43 ounces of simple syrup made on stovetop..
You can use 2 cups water to one cup sugar for simple
syrup ratio..Only add 43 ounces of this syrup to your alcohol..
Enjoy and refrigerate for a nice dinner drink!
