WE, BILLARDO P. HERMOSO, of legal age married to Eliza Hermoso; ENRIQUE P.
HERMOSO, of legal age, single, AMANDO H. HERMOSO, of legal age, married to Agnes
Hermoso; ROSELYN P. HERMOSO, of legal age, single; ZARINA P. HERMOSO, of legal
age, single, ANALYN H. ARZAGA, of legal age, married to Michael Arzaga; all residents of
Bgy. Villa Libertad, El Nido, Palawan, ADORA H. VALDESPINA, of legal age, married to
Danilo Valdespina and a resident of Bucana, El Nido, Palawan; and BENEDICTO M.
HERMOSO, of legal age, widow and a resident of Bgy. Masagana, El Nido, Palawan,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say, to wit:
1. That we are the true and lawful heirs of the deceased PABLO HERMOSO who died
intestate sometime in 1946 at El Nido, Palawan;
2. That the said deceased died intestate and without leaving any heir;
3. That being the next of kin of the said deceased, we are the true and lawful heirs of the
said deceased under the law;
4. That we hereby declare our intention to adjudicate upon ourselves the title over a
parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 010-0442-A with Cadastral Lot No.
1249, Pls-31;
5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statement and to
adjudicate upon ourselves the title over the said parcel of land.
