60.1% of Post-Dam Construction Useable Capacity

On December 7, 2014 Useable Storage in the Urban Water System reservoirs reached
100% of the capacity that existed before the construction of the new Ragged Mountain
Dam, as the Sugar Hollow Reservoir has refilled and the water level of the Ragged
Mountain Reservoir reached the elevation of the spillway on the old dam. Beginning
with the December 9, 2014 Daily Status Report, percent of Pre-Dam Construction
Useable Capacity will no longer be reported. The percent of Useable Capacity shown
above is the percent of the new capacity, based on the elevation of the spillway for the
new Ragged Mountain Dam (30 feet higher than the old spillway). The Sugar Hollow
pipeline will continue to be used to supplement the filling of the new Ragged Mountain
Reservoir, and the reported levels of the Sugar Hollow Reservoir may fluctuate to reflect
this condition.
