* Start and end at Delphi Community High School *

*Registration: 8-9am
*Driver safety meeting 9:15 sharp!
*Early Bird registration is a $25 donation. The deadline for Early Bird registration is June 1st.
*Registrations received after June 1st will be a $30 donation.
*Meal will be provided
*You may register the day of the event, but we prefer pre-registration.

Driver Safety Pledge and Liability Waiver

I, ___________________________ pledge that by signing the safety pledge for the 2015 Delphi FFA Tractor Drive I
agree to abide by all the rules set forth and that my tractor and driver meet all necessary requirements.
I am age 14 or older
I will follow all traffic laws
I will not allow riders unless in an approved manufacturer buddy seat
I will stay with assigned group
I will have a SLOW MOVING VEHICLE (SMV) sign on my tractor
I will follow the instructions of the Tractor Ride Staf

I will not pass other tractors on the ride unless instructed

I will stay with the group and not pass other tractors
I will not drive a dualed tractor
I will have my tractor fully fueled upon arrival
The applicant hereby shall fully indemnify and hold harmless, the Delphi Community School Corporation, its employees and agents, the Delphi FFA
Organization members and volunteers, from and against all claims, demands, damages to person or property, costs and expenses, including reasonable
attorney fees arising from or related to my default in the performance of any term of this application, or any actions of mine that are deemed negligent.
The applicant further, in consideration of being entitled to participate in the tractor drive, hereby releases and forever discharges the Delphi Community
School Corporation, its employees and agents, the Delphi FFA Organization, members and volunteers, from all actions, liability, claims and demands
arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the applicant, or any property of the applicant, while
participating in the Delphi FFA Tractor Drive.
