ICT Students to also make sure their laptops and IPads are
logged on and ready to go as soon as the lesson starts.
Depending on the lesson course of the lesson students may
have some time to start researching summative task.
Students may have to get them out of storage. In which
case, two students will be selected to go and retrieve the ICT
out of storage.
Whole class to sit on the floor once Laptop task is completed,
teacher to use the 5L (Legs, Lap, Lips, Look and Listen)
strategy to obtain maximum student attention.
Teacher to discuss and ask questions to students about what
they learned last lesson.
(Continue to use Unit PowerPoint presentation for
duration of lesson remaining slides starting at slide
3 Corroboree & Ceremonies)

Students to stay on the floor for class discussion on
Indigenous celebrations
Watch Corroboree video again. Slide 2
Students to discuss their own thoughts about the video and
the reading (PP Slide 3). Discuss what is meant by such
statements as only a small few are allowed to participate in
sacred dances? Students are encouraged to lead the class
discussion under the guidance of the teacher.
