Project Title

QualityPro Training
Project Manager
Aaron Spann
Description:
Terminix, a division of ServiceMaster, is preparing to launch updated training to its team
members via iPad. Todays programs are mostly instructor led training (ILT). QualityPro is one
such training program. This project will take chapters 1 and 4 of QualityPro Training from an ILT
classroom format to eLearning format.
Project need
ServiceMaster has recently updated their corporate image and would like training programs to
reflect their newer modern image and mindset. More specifically, Terminix has a desire to
migrate its team member training from a mostly ILT format to an asynchronous eLearning
format. Expressing the need that team members should be able to take training on the go, in a
number of locations and at any given time. Team members will perform training via mobile
devices.
Project description
This project will provide Terminix with updated training that considers the learning styles and
abilities of a cross-generational sales force. A modern appearance with easy-to-navigate
eLearning modules will allow learners with low technical skills to easily complete training
modules. Practice makes perfect is a way to describe the purpose of this training.
