Requesting Sponsorship for Charity Drive Event
We, the students from Taylors University Lakeside Campus, are currently involved in a fundraising event
as our school project in January 2016.
Our plan is to raise a total of RM2000 via sponsorships and product sales. The fundraising event will be
held from 26th January to 29th January under the supervision of our lecturer Ms. Tay Shir Men. All profits
earned will be donated to the United Voice, a non-profit organization that provides United Voice is the first
society in Malaysia that is led by persons with learning disabilities which was registered in July 2005. The
members of UV include persons with Down Syndrome, Autism, Attention Deficit Disorder, Global
Developmental Delay and Cerebral Palsy.
We are writing today to ask if you would consider donating __________ [list specific amount in Ringgit or

For this letter, we asked our relatives, family members and friends to donate. Each donate a little and total
up the amount of RM1700.

Vaccine Injection

The onigiri
supplier

Two of our members injected the vaccine in

order to make the drinks. We got the
supplier to send us a picture of the cook who prepare the onigiris that was sold
during the charity drive event.

All profits that we collected during the charity drive goes to United Voice
Organization. Total of RM2107.
