I know a lot of journalists love to cover events
with their words, however Im all about photos
and design. In one of my more difficult
assignments, I shot the cover of the 2015
yearbook cover during our homecoming
football game. I also got to get up close to the
action at Lucas Oil Stadium last fall when we
played Center Grove.

Joining the journalism program at North

Central has given me the chance to visit places
Id never been to before. Not only was going
to new cities exciting, the friendships made
with other staff members and kids from other
schools across the country was special to me.
As a student journalist I was lucky to go to
San Francisco, Washington, D.C., San Diego,
Orlando, New York City and Kansas City.
