Position upper deck assy on certified stands. The deck

should be placed in the middle towards the rear of the assembly area

Assemble uppercarriage per SWP 032

Assemble undercarriage per SWP 033

Lift uppercarriage high enough to allow undercarriage to be

driven under the uppercarriage. Remove stands only when
height of uppercarriage is achieved and cranes are safe
with no need to lower uppercarriage

Use hydraulic powerpack to move the undercarriage under

uppercarriage

Once the undercarriage is in position, lower the uppercarriage until rotary connection locating ears just clear rotary
connection

2 men (LIEBHERR and dogman with radio) to climb into

undercarriage girder area to direct uppercarriage lowering
to undercarriage via rotary connection ears. Align holes initially at track frame sides and install all studs and nuts
lower uppercarriage so contact is made at all points
between upper and undercarriage. Tension four sets of six
studs at 90 degs intervals with Hytorc XLT10 to 300 Psi

Have cranes completely release the load, and disconnect

all cranes

Torque all studs according to SWP 029
