GRACE as rightly understood and used by the Apostles in the Scriptures, is
different from the faulty understanding and usage by the modern Church.
The Saving Grace of the Gospel is not what we want it to be but what
Gods Word says it is. What then is this Gospel Grace that saves?
Romans 5:2
(2) By whom also we have access by faith into this GRACE in which we stand, and rejoice in
hope of the glory of God.
6. GRACE EMPOWERS US WITH ABILITY AND BOLDNESS FOR MINISTRY.
Romans 15:15-16
(15) Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some way, as
reminding you, because of the GRACE that is given to me of God,
(16) That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God,
that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
7. GRACE ENRICHES US IN UTTERANCE AND KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRMS
CHRISTS TESTIMONY IN US.
1 Corinthians 1:4-6
(4) I thank my God always on your behalf, for the GRACE of God which is given you by Jesus
Christ;
(5) That in every thing you are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
(6) Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
8. GRACE MUST NOT BE RECEIVED IN VAIN; GRACE SHOULD BE USED TO
LABOUR ABUNDANTLY IN CONSCIENTIOUS CONDUCT AND SINCERE
SIMPLICITY.
2 Corinthians 6:1
(1) We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that you receive not the GRACE of
God in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:10
(10) But by the GRACE of God I am what I am: and his GRACE which was bestowed upon me
was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the GRACE of God
which was with me.
2 Corinthians 1:12
(12) For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly
sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the GRACE of God, we have conducted ourselves in
the world, and more abundantly toward you.
Ephesians 3:7-8
(7) Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the GRACE of God given unto me
by the effectual working of his power.
(8) Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this GRACE given, that I should preach
among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9. GRACE ABOUNDS TOWARDS US TO ENABLE US ABOUND IN EVERY GOOD
WORK.
2 Corinthians 9:8
(8) And God is able to make all GRACE abound toward you; that you, always having all
sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
Ephesians 2:8-10
(8) For by GRACE are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of
God:
