Hot and Cold Marinated Chicken Salad


Tender chicken fillet , marinated in a paprika lemon sauce and flame grilled,
served with a herby green salad with pickled carrots, cucumber, cherry tomato
and garlic croutons.
Matola Rare Beef Salad
Tender rump strips, cured and grilled in a honey soy glaze, and served on a bed
of spinach, cashew nuts, crunchy noodles, caramelised red onion, cherry
tomatoes and fresh chili. Dressed in a palm sugar, lime, and coconut dressing,
served with roasted potato cubes.

250g Rump served with a mushroom cream, made with mustard and black

Rump strips pan fried in a Benguela Sauce with bay and garlic. Served with Pao

SPECIALITY PIZZA
Our pizzas are not the usual as they are formed by very relaxed people, so the
shape is anything but round, but fit on our wooden boards in an oval way. The
base is thin and the sauce is secretly addictive.
