Educational Qualification :1. The Candidates should have Good academic record with 55% marks at Masters degree Level in concerned
subject he/she should have NET/SET/ Ph.D as per U.G.C regulations 30 June 2010.
2. Good academic record defined by the concerned University with at list 55% marks ( or an equivalent grade in
point scale wherever grading system is followed) as the masters degree level in a relevant subject from an
Indian university or equivalent degree from accredited foreign university
3. Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidate must have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC
CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET
4. Not with standing anything contended in subclasses (i) and ( ii) to this clauses 4.4.1, candidates who are, have
been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the university grants commission ( minimum standards and
procedure for awarded of Ph.D degree regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum
eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of assist. Professor or equivalent
positions in universities /colleges/institutions.
5. NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such masters programs in disciplines for which
NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
Pay Scale :- Pay scale and other allowances as per the rules of UGC, state Govt. and Swami
Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University Nanded. ( 15600-39100 AGP. Rs.6000)
Note :1. Eligible candidates who are alredy in services should submit their application through the proper channel.
2. No TA/DA should be paid for attending interview.
3. 30% and 3% seats will be reserved for women and handicapped person respectively.
4. All attested Xerox copies of S.S.C. certificate; degree and mark sheets etc. should be attached to the
application.
