helicopterticketsfortravelonKatraSanjichattKatrasector,thefollowingpolicyforthecancellationandrefundof
helicopterticketshallapply:
i.OnlineHelicopterticketsbookedthroughShrineBoardswebsiteshallbecancelledthroughOnlineModeonly,
whichfacilityisavailableonShrineBoardsofficialwebsite.NorequestforcancellationofOnlinehelicoptertickets
shallbeentertainedthroughanymodeotherthanOnlinecancellation.Requestforsuchcancellationby
approachinganyofcountersofSMVDSBthroughphysicalproductionofticketsetc.shallnotbeentertained
underanycircumstance.
ii.YatriswhohavebookedtheirhelicopterticketsthroughShrineBoard'sofficialwebsitecancanceltheirhelicopter
ticketsonlinebyloggingonthewebsitewiththeirusernameandpassword.
iii.50%oftheamountshallberefundedtotheYatriswhohavebookedtheirhelicopterticketsthroughShrine
Boardsofficialwebsite,andhavesubsequentlycancelledtheirticketsonlineforwhateverreasons.Remaining
50%oftheamountforthebookedticketshallaccruetotheShrineBoardasprocessingcharges.
iv.Thecancellationcanbemadeupto(andnotafter)04daysbeforethescheduleddateoftravel.
v.TherefundshallbemadeordinarilybytheShrineBoardwithin15daysfromthedateofcancellationofthe
tickets.
vi.TheamountofrefundshallbereimbursedonlineintothesameaccountoftheDebit/CreditCardthroughwhich
thetransactionwasmadeforbookingofthetickets.
