COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT ‘School District 96/Dr. Jonathan Lamberson) ‘THIS AGREEMENT is made by and entered into between the Board of Education (the Boast) of Sshool Distt 96, Cols County, inv (he “Schoo Distt) and Dr, Jonathan Lrsbercon,formeriyempoyed by the Board sits Superintendent “The Board and Dr. Lambersom agree as ilo: As a wsult of a difference in intrretion of the June 36, 2009 Second Restatement of the Eniplosment Agrsment dated Jansry 27, 2005 between Dr Lambeson and the Boaré and of the Jone 16, 2009 Spentenéen’s Employment Contract beeen D-Lamberson and the Board (collectively the “Contact, an overpayment oeeured by the Board for tho 20092010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012.2013 school yeurs. Dr Lamberson and the Boerd have differing viewpoints as tothe amount of the overcompensaton but have sgqeed to resolve ther diternces through semen asst forth in tho atohed xi. Lemberson’sIinois Teachers” Retirement System (TRS) reitablecamings will be as sated the "Total TRS Creditable Rarings line of Par 1 ofthe ert atschad as Exhibit, and Dr Lambercon shall repay t© the Board the amount shown in the “Total Due SD 96 from Lamberson” Fine of Part Il of Exhibit, which is incorporated herein. The repayment shall be due by July 1, 2016, The Board shall sile with the United States Internal Revenue Service, the Illinois Department of Revenue and TRS the appropriste documents to reflect this eduction in Dr. Lamberson's compensation end repayment #8 appropriate for the applicable years, The ‘considerations exchanged in this Agreement do not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, an ‘admission of feult, wrongdoing iailty or deiciency of any kind on the pat of either the Board (or Dr Lamberson. ven The Booré and De.
